Overall ok

Great location , bus stop to downtown area is just in front. Nearby shops , plaza and foodcourt. Toilet paper and water pipes.

Rooms are not the same sizes, just nice to stay.

Cleaning and make up the room needs to be improved. Room floor needs to be cleaned up properly.

1. Malapit sa bus station (Opp Public Mansion and Bef Balestier Plaza on the other side) 2. Good water pressure 3. Accomodating personnel 4. Free water daily(2 bottles per day) 5. With Fridge, blower, & hanger 6. May Food Center sa gilid, may dominos sa same building, at may malapit na fair price, mcdo, at SB

Although this is an isolated incident, the fire alarm went nuts at 3am. Though it's not their fault we still expect compensation for what happened. Kahit kendi lang sana eh hahahhaa

Little room but a great stay

It was very clean and they clean it everyday. Their support service is available 24/7 which is a great thing.

The room is little bit small.

Good for s short stay

The room was clean and well occupied. Location was far from city and no mrt station nearby but easily accessible with bus. There is a foodcourt nearby hotel that opens until night with varies choices and taste good. Staff was very friendly and polite.

The shop lot beside hotel was having renovation which makes you cannot stay there in the afternoon because of the noise. The lock for the toilet door was broken so it cannot be locked. Aircond was too cold and not adjustable.

room is OK compared to price. location is excellent for bus, not MRT. Overall clean. Room cleaning could be better.

Clean and good for solo travellers or couple only. Rooms are a bit small, so for family, I will not recommend them. Very supportive stuff. Location wise just infront of the bus stop.

Very close to bus station, but not that easy for who using mrt.

Value for money but need improvement on bathroom door knob design to create safe feeling to customer

Accommodation is value for money. Staff attitude are generally pleasant. Location is moderately good as we can take bus to nearest mrt station. Bed is comfort and most things you need is in the room.

The bathroom door knob designed is very weird and create a sense of safety concern. The latch bolt is protrude/stick out, but when you turn the interior knob left or right, it not able to move the latch bolt to go in(cave in). So when you close the door, and the latch bolt is protrude/stick out, you will have a feeling of safety issue as when the latch bolt locked into the position of opposite hole and you not able to turn the interior knob left or right to cave in(go in) the latch bolt back, this will create a chill in the spine especially if you stay alone in the room, because nobody from outside the bathroom within the room will check you out or help you. Because inside the bathroom doesn't have phone and you won't bring in your mobile phone into the bathroom due to moistness, and if you stuck in the bathroom and you won't be able to using phone to call out for help and you will have the feeling of stuck in the room without access to help from outside of the room. (note: after they changed me to 2nd room, the latch bolt is totally flat(not protrude/stick out, so this safety issue no longer being felt.)
